Refund policy
- Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only.
- Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Please ship return items to 108 W Bankhead Street New Albany, MS 38652.
- Buyer pays return shipping.
- We will provide store credit via a gift card, as soon as we get your return.
- Returned item must be in new condition with price tag still attached.
- Return must include your information (name, phone number, email address). We cannot provide credit if we do not know whose return it is.
- Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any sale items or accessories returned will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, a $10 fee will incur. All sale items are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return. Returns will not be processed for online or store credit.
- Merchandise must be in NEW condition. This means, unworn, unwashed, odor free and must not contain ANY markings from deodorant, make-up, etc. in order to receive exchange or store credit for the returned item(s). If any of the above are found on the product upon return, we will return the item to you and you are required to pay shipping. If you do not pay return shipping within 30 days, we are allowed to forfeit the return and dispose of your item(s) due to limited storage space.
- Muddy Mallard is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier's customer service team so they can assist you. You may contact Muddy Mallard for a tracking number.
